TonyBeal.net / FieldKnown company reference
Payment, billing & cancellation terms.
TonyBeal.net is Tony’s personal authority site. FieldKnown is the separate customer-path company he founded. This page records payment-readiness safeguards and links to the FieldKnown company payment terms. It does not represent Stripe or another payment integration as active or tested.
Current status: No Stripe checkout, invoice or subscription flow is presented as active or tested on TonyBeal.net. Any future payment path must be activated, tested and matched to an accepted written scope before Tony sends it to a customer.
Important: A more specific signed proposal or statement of work controls if it conflicts with these general terms. These terms are an operational baseline and are not individualized legal, tax or accounting advice.
1. Scope, acceptance and authority
Payment does not create or expand an engagement by itself. Client work begins only after the parties accept a written scope that identifies the deliverables, responsibilities, timing, acceptance process and fees.
The person approving a proposal or any future payment represents that they are authorized to do so for the named customer. Before payment is requested, the accepted scope and any activated, tested hosted-payment page must identify the legal payee. An entity name will not be used before it is validly formed and verified by the payment provider.
2. Currency, payment methods and processor
Unless the written scope says otherwise, prices will be stated in U.S. dollars. If Stripe is activated and tested for an approved engagement, a Stripe-hosted Checkout or Hosted Invoice Page may be used for methods made available for that transaction. It is Tony’s policy that TonyBeal.net and FieldKnown forms do not request or store complete payment-card or bank-account credentials.
Any future hosted-payment page may display compatible cards, wallets or bank methods based on the transaction, customer and device. A payment would be treated as complete only after the processor confirms it; bank payments can require additional clearing time.
3. Current offer and booking terms
FieldKnown’s official pricing page is the source of truth for current offer names, prices and scope boundaries. FieldKnown’s official payment terms state the current booking, cancellation, credit and refund rules. TonyBeal.net does not define a separate commercial offer.
Before using any future payment link, confirm that Tony has identified it as an activated and tested payment path and that it matches the accepted proposal, including the amount, currency, billing interval, legal payee and any cancellation or credit language.
4. Fixed projects and deposits
A fixed project may use a deposit and one or more milestones. The exact schedule must appear in the accepted scope and, if a hosted payment flow is later used, on the matching payment page. TonyBeal.net does not publish a default project amount or payment split.
Payments are applied to completed work, approved milestones, reserved delivery capacity and disclosed nonrecoverable third-party costs. If a project is canceled, any refund or remaining balance is calculated from the cancellation date, work completed, capacity reserved, approved expenses and the specific agreement. Tony will refund an unearned amount when required by the agreement or applicable law.
5. Recurring services and software access
No recurring charge may begin unless a future activated and tested payment flow and the accepted agreement both clearly state the recurring price and billing interval. Any initial commitment, renewal, cancellation notice or minimum term must appear in the accepted agreement.
If a FieldKnown software subscription is offered in the future, the tested checkout must identify the plan, included access, price, interval and cancellation path before enrollment. A customer portal may be provided only after that capability is configured and tested.
6. Cancellations, pauses and refunds
A customer may cancel future work according to the notice and commitment terms in the accepted scope. Fees already applied to completed work, an elapsed service period, approved milestones, reserved capacity or nonrecoverable third-party costs are not automatically refundable. Current monthly periods are not prorated unless the agreement or applicable law requires it.
If required customer materials, approvals, access or decisions are delayed, Tony may adjust the schedule or pause work after reasonable notice. If an invoice is overdue, work or access may be paused after notice until the account is current. A pause does not authorize a new charge or expand the agreed scope.
7. Taxes and third-party costs
Prices exclude taxes unless a future activated checkout or the written scope says they are included. Taxes will be calculated or collected only where legally required and after the appropriate registration is active. Tax treatment can depend on the deliverable and customer location; each party remains responsible for its own income, payroll and similar taxes.
Advertising spend, domains, premium media, licenses, software subscriptions, email or CRM fees, model and API usage, and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. A third-party cost that will be charged through Tony must be disclosed and approved before purchase.
8. Authorization, receipts, failed payments and disputes
If an activated and tested hosted-payment path is used in the future, submitting payment would authorize only the one-time charge shown there. A recurring authorization would apply only when the accepted agreement and hosted page clearly show the amount and interval. The processor would provide its transaction record; Tony would separately confirm the engagement start or next milestone.
If a future authorized payment fails, expires, is reversed or remains past due, Tony may request an updated method or pause work or access after notice. A recurring retry may occur only when the customer previously authorized that recurring schedule. Customers should contact tbeal@tonybeal.net promptly about an unrecognized or incorrect charge. Asking for help does not waive any lawful dispute right.
9. Payment security and account responsibility
Never send a card number, bank password or security code through a TonyBeal.net contact form, email, text message or AI chat. If Tony later confirms that a hosted payment path is active and tested for an approved engagement, use only that verified link and check the amount, legal payee and web address before paying.
If a processor portal is offered in the future, customers will be responsible for keeping their own email, portal and account access secure and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
10. Changes, precedence and contact
These terms may be updated for future transactions. A material change does not retroactively alter an already accepted project or billing commitment unless both parties agree or the law requires it. If a hosted payment flow is activated later, the version presented with the accepted scope and payment request will apply to that transaction.
